Our Property Management Team are desperately needing more rental properties to offer, we have so many fantastic tenants who are needing to secure another home, often due to their landlord needing to sell their asset to counteract the rising cost of living and high interest rate pressures.
We have an array of tenants searching for a home, from single people to young couples, families and the elderly. We would LOVE to provide accommodation for all of them, but unfortunately, we do not have enough available and suitable rental stock to be able to help them all.
Due to the current rental market conditions, and demand greatly outweighing supply, great tenants are struggling to find a suitable home for their families, with most of our rental properties being leased before they ever hit the market as we have so many tenants lined up who are seeking our help, but we just don’t have the vacancy rate to meet the supply needed.
So, we are asking YOU, the community for help during this trying time, if you or anyone you know may be looking to lease out a property, we urge and encourage you to please contact us as we have some amazing tenants lined up and ready to go that we want to help secure a home.
