As of today, the first stage of easing COVID-19 restrictions in SA has begun. From a real estate point of view, this means auctions and open inspections are now permitted.
This Friday, we have a scheduled meeting so that we can discuss how this will affect us beyond open inspections and auctions.
Staff have been encouraged to use this week to make notes and send through questions, so that we can discuss and come up with a plan of how to conduct business. We would like to extend the invitation to ask questions to our customers.
