The Real Estate Institute of South Australia (REISA) has a strict Code of Conduct which binds all its members to a high level of professionalism and gives consumers faith that they are dealing with an ethical real estate practitioner.
When choosing a real estate practitioner, you should choose one who is a REISA member so you can be confident your practitioner abides by the Code. These are simple guidelines which have been designed to ensure that the best interests of both consumers and practitioners are upheld. Importantly, the Code reflects ethical practice and aligns with current real estate legislation.
