About Kathryn
Kathryn (Kathy to her friends and Colleagues) is the youngest of 3 daughters, originally from Darlington she attended school at St Aloysius College in Wakefield Street, Adelaide. After leaving school she pursued a variety of career paths including work in a physiotherapy clinic. Since then she attended drama school and through Ann Peters of SA Casting, featured in a number of TV commercials, small movie roles and a documentary. For a short time she worked as a self employed contract cleaner. Her other interests include music, she currently plays acoustic and electric guitar and previously was the drummer in the St Francis Xavier Cathedral rock mass band. She was team leader for the Adelaide Y.C.W. and during this time met her husband Kevin. Together they have lived in the Southern Suburbs for over 40 years and have 7 children, who between them have attended Cardijn College, St John The Apostle, and previously Frieda Corpe Kindergarten. Kathryn has been both vendor and purchaser and currently is a landlady too. As a working mother she fully understands and appreciates what is involved in buying and selling a home (both physically and emotionally!) while dealing with all the usual day to day dramas that comprise family life!

Highly recommend. As a tenant Kathryn Barry was always very respectful during inspections and just a lovely property manager. Always helpful and willing to go out of her way. The office staff are always helpful and friendly. We unfortunately on having to move are with another Agency. Wouldn't hesitate to rent through them again.
