The eldest of 4 children Kevin was born into a real estate family in Sydney and moved to Adelaide in 1974, when his parents relocated their business interests.

After graduating from Sacred Heart College, Somerton Park he worked as a stock auditor and export coordinator for Hardy’s wines at the original Mile End cellars while completing a Real Estate course at Kensington Park College of TAFE at night. In 1982 at the age of 20 he commenced his Real Estate career on Beach Road, Christies Beach and completed night school to attain his own Real Estate Agents License.

In 1984 Kevin’s family became the founding members for the Professionals in Christies Beach for whom he has now worked under for practically his entire 34 year Real Estate Career and today Kevin is very proud to serve as a Director of The Board in South Australia.

The Professionals Christies Beach has been a family orientated business ever since and today Kevin and his wife Kathryn are the agency principals. They are known locally as “the spouses who sell houses”, so much so that this is now a registered trademark for their business. A number of Kevin & Kathryn’s children & extended family also work in the business in fact the entire staff has worked together for many years, some for over 20 years.

Kevin & Kathryn along with their 7 children have lived locally for 32 years, who between them have attended Cardijn College, St John the Apostle Primary School and Frieda Corpe Kindergarten. As a family they enjoy participating in school functions, community events and various sporting activities. The office is a major sponsor for The Vines Golf Club and The Christies Beach Football Club, home to “The Saints”.

Kevin & Kathryn are also heavily involved in property development and along with their development partners have successfully completed a number of beachside residential & commercial projects.

Dear Kevin and the team of Christies Beach Professionals, I have found great difficulty in providing this feedback for 3 months, due to expressing in words correctly. The service you provided, under my personal circumstances at the time I made initial contact. At the time I contacted Kevin, I personally was in a position where I was overwhelmed with a settlement before the federal court. The courts had placed me in a position to immediately see the 2 properties. This included very strict guidelines/timeframes. Kevin and his team accepted this very difficult request. Immediately Kevin took full control of the sales, and eliminated the requirements placed upon me by the courts by, thoroughly understanding the conditions, then taking it upon himself to apply the courts requirements of the sales, and exceed far beyond my expectations, of sales industry standards. The sale of these two properties at the time were an impossible task for me to contemplate. Kevin, however also realised this and the impact the two sales were personally having on me, with regards to my overall health due to other matters at the time. By mentioning the above it assists me with providing the following feedback on he ‘Professionals’ service and overall process of the two properties sold. 1. From prior to properties being listed, Kevin went above and beyond with providing professional and honest advice to valid concerns I had. This was not required in the industry, however the time he spent was never rushed or related to financial gain. 2. With his advice as above, it was decided that Kevin would take on the two sales, knowing that he would be facing some difficult issues as mentioned. Kevin approached my circumstances with these particular sales, with no hesitation at all. 3. Kevin immediately began the sales marketing, without any delays or errors under the pressure imposed upon him. 4. Throughout the short duration of the properties selling by Kevin’s experiences, ethics, and professional attitude only. He exceeded his duties, by thorough communication at all times, with consistent updates and progress reports. Kevin also assisted with keeping third parties advised of the progress of sales, which helped me in ways that I can not explain. 5. Kevin achieved well above my high expectations, without me having to request at any time my expectations. 6. Kevin managed to sell the properties using his experience and skills at prices I never expected and in a beyond reasonable time frame. I do not know how else to explain the positive impact Kevin had in my life at a time that was critical. Thank you Kevin, does not cover what service you provided.
