Kevin did an amazing job on selling our last property and we can’t thank him enough. Selling houses can be stressful but in this case it wasn’t. Everybody in the office is friendly, helpful and professional.

At end of lease discussed whether to sell or refurbish and relet. Advice received was professional and guiding. After testing the market decided to refurbish, Anne coordinated quotes, checked on progress and went out of her way to assist. I completed some tasks myself. When our mini project was complete Anne relet within a week at the top of her initial guidance. Very happy to recommend.
UPDATE: Well we have just settled on the sale on our investment property by Kevin. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome, from initial sales proposal, ongoing updates and then the sales result. Highly recommend Kevin, Anne and the whole team.
