Here are a couple tips we would like to share with you in regards to presenting your home for photos.
- Open the curtains to allow the light in
- Hide pet beds and bowls
- Hide piles of paper and mail
- Remove any unnecessary clutter
- Remove fridge magnets and tea towel
- Put dishes away
- Ensure bench tops in the kitchen, bathroom and laundry are clear
- Make sure shoes are put away and not visible (particularly in the bedroom and entrance)
- Make the bed
- Ensure that clothes are put away
- Make sure toys are packed away
- Remove bottles, loofahs, wash cloths, etc from the shower and around the bath
- Ensure that cars and council bins are not visible
- Make sure there is nothing on the clothes line
- Check that the letterbox is not overfilled and that there are no newspapers on the front lawn
