Happy New Year and welcome to 2019! We’re all officially back on board.
For many of you, the new year brings a new list of things you wish to achieve and more motivation to get those things done. For some of you, moving house is at the top of the list. We have had a lot of people looking to move for the new year so now is a good time to put your property on the market, especially if your property is close to the beach, has a pool or a nice outdoor entertaining area. Of course, you may also want to have a look at what properties we currently have available for rent or sale.
If you’re looking to buy:
The sales team will be show casing several properties this week end so make sure you keep an eye on our website for the open times later in the week. However, if you see something you like, you don’t have to wait for the open, give us a call and we would love to organise a time to show you through.
If you’re looking to rent:
You will need to register your interest to be notified of open times. You may have already noticed that there are not quite as many properties available for rent at the moment but now that the silly season is over, you will start to see more and more pop up.
