Christies Beach Wow! I can’t believe it is October already! The weather is starting to warm up and we are seeing Christmas decorations for sale in the shops. Now that all our staff have returned from various parts of the world, I thought it would be appropriate to do a quick recap of the last few months.
Anne MacRitchie, our charismatic Property Manager got married in June in the Whitsunday Islands, followed by a fabulous European honeymoon. Anne and her new husband visited Italy and then Scottland for a 6 week holiday.
The Barry family have also just come back from Europe. Some of you may remember James Barry who was our office photographer many years ago. James, the eldest son of Kevin and Kathryn Barry, got married in August in France. It was great to see that almost the entire family could make the trip and make a holiday out of it. The last to return from Europe was Sarah who only got back a few weeks ago.
Meanwhile in Australia, Pam Hennessy was overjoyed to meet the latest edition to her family. Pam was very proud to share the news with us that her third grandchild and first grand daughter was born. Pam’s son and daughter in law spent a few days in Adelaide where they were able to introduce their first child to the family. Just last week, it was Pam’s turn to visit them. She spent a few days in Roxby Downs with the young family and is now back at the office.
Now all the holidays are over, it’s back to business. As the weather slowly warms up so does the market, as we head into the busier time of year. We’ll start seeing more properties with nice gardens, pools and outdoor entertaining areas come onto the market.
