Christies Beach 
This is an initiative of the City of Onkaparinga to engage with business, landowners, residents and visitors to gain ideas about Beach Road and Christies Beach… so Pop in to the Pop up shop and share your ideas.
The City of Onkaparinga have opened a pop-up space in one of the few remaining vacant shops on Beach Road, and want to get your ideas for the area’s future.
As part of the council’s placemaking and economic growth and investment strategies, Shop 1A at 39 Beach Road will be used as a creative space to engage with residents and local businesses to build a bank of ideas and opportunities to activate and enhance the area.
Come on down and write on the idea wall – what would you like to see happen on Beach Road?
Their first event is a Skateboard Swap Meet occurring daily from today to Friday this week, and you’re welcome you to visit the pop-up between the hours of 9am and 5pm daily.
In the coming weeks they will also host other events including art exhibitions, music performances, a wine tasting and even a tomato sauce making event!
