All South Australian real estate agents are taught in the real estate course how to prepare Form 1’s, however many then never use this skill after entering the industry.

It is surprising how many hire an independent party to prepare these documents, which of course attracts a fee, which is then passed onto to the vendor.

Here at Professionals Christies Beach, all our agents prepare their own Form 1’s and do not charge our clients extra for it.

This is a cost that is often not discussed upfront at the time of listing. It is a hidden fee that creeps up once the property is sold. Depending on the circumstances, this could be an additional expense of up to $1000. So, it is worth asking your agent before listing the property.

By choosing an agent who prepares their own Form 1’s, you will save yourself paying for a service that other people are getting as part of the agents normal services.
