Christies Beach 
The City of Onkaparinga have received approval for a $1.65 million upgrade to Wearing Street in Port Noarlunga.
The upgrade will include improvements to the river access area, which will provide two access ramps and an upgraded car park, comprising of 65 carparks (17 more than are currently there), 3 allocated for disability parking.
Part of the upgrade works have already been completed with the improved parking on Wearing Street and the expansion of the carpark at the Port Noarlunga Arts Centre.
Other improvements will include shelters, toilets, seating, lawn and painting. The sheds and club room are also to be replaced with aquatic accommodation. While Mann Street will be transformed into a recognised street.
