Whoo Hoo! Summer is finally here! Today is officially the first day of summer. This is great news for anyone who a has a property along the coast, something with a pool or an outdoor entertaining area. Plus, the weather is more inviting to get out to open inspections.
Now, that it is December, everyone is preparing for Christmas, which is only 3 and a half weeks away. Eep! This is a very busy time of year for us, as so many people are on holiday and now have time to look at properties.
