This includes businesses who have displayed cooperation in the form of working or acting with another business for common or mutual benefit during the COVID pandemic.

Examples of how we have worked/acted with another business for mutual benefit:
- Promoting local businesses – this gives us content and attracts buyer to the area, as well as helps local businesses get more customers (especially in a time of need).
- Finding work for tradies – Many of our trades people were short or out of work during Covid. Where possible, we tried to find work for these businesses, even if that meant doing work on our own office or personal residences.
- New systems and procedures – We adopted new programs, systems and procedures in order to continue doing open inspections, routine inspections, appraisals, private viewings. Rather than just say we can’t take people through we found ways to keep business going electronically. This benefitted us as well as tenants, landlords, vendors, purchasers and the wider community.
- Buying local – Where possible we use products from local business for our settlement gifts. This not only benefits us by building relationships but also by keeping the area thriving, we are then able to attract more buyers. This benefits the local business financially by making more sales.
- Professionals cars – Our company cars are all serviced by local mechanics and the tyres are changed with a local tyre company. This is of benefit for us creating a positive relationship with members of the community and benefits the automotive company by giving them more business.
