A big congratulations to Melissa Chaplin, our Office Administrator on winning the Staff Excellence Award at the Professionals Quarterly Awards.
Melissa believes that the secret to providing exceptional customer service is genuine compassion, and that, she demonstrates in excess amounts. On many occasions, Melissa has gone beyond her call of duty to care for our clients. She has even been known to call in on those in need, just to see if just are ok.
Joining the Professionals team while still in school, Melissa has been there to see many of the major changes made this century and can use that experience to assist others within the Professionals group.
