This article warns about cut price commissions as well as unreliable information sources. Not to mention the question many of us have asked; what jobs will exist in the future? The article discusses the value of using a real estate agent and the negotiating skills they possess.
One extra comment I would like to add is that experienced real estate agents are generally extremely knowledgeable on the area in which they operate. They give out free advice on a daily basis, assisting both buyers and sellers.
These days real estate agents also require a higher level of education with many of the legal aspects involved in buying and selling homes as there can be some hefty fines in places when things are not done correctly.
