Christies Beach The time of year has come again to go pink. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. As a Diamond Partner of the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), for the month of October our websites and offices turn Pink to help raise awareness and much-needed funds for breast cancer research. Did you know that one in eight women will develop breast cancer in their lifetime? The National Breast Cancer Foundation is the leading community-funded organisation in Australia raising money for research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer. Professionals are proud to be a long standing partner of NBCF.
Professionals Christies Beach will also be holding a fundraiser next Thursday, 9.10.14 at 6:30pm. This year our fundraiser will be a movie night at Wallis Cinemas. The movie is ‘The Judge’ starring Robert Downey Jnr and Robert Duvall. If you purchase tickets through the Professionals Christies Beach a portion of the cost will go to the National Breast Cancer Foundation. We will also be auctioning off a basket of goodies to further contribute to the charity.
