Premier property website realestate.com.au has ranked the Top 10 nationwide suburbs for the last quarter, and the Eastern suburb of Parkside, has once again come out on top. This is the third time in 2013 that Parkside has topped the list.
The suburbs are ranked by which are most in demand by buyers and investors, making the information invaluable across the property market.
Belair, and Fullarton, also made the Top 10, giving South Australia the second highest number of suburbs in the Top 10 list, after Victoria with four.

Professionals CEO, Ted Piteo, said Parkside, Belair and Fullarton, all had the advantages of being near-city locations, and on major traffic routes, with established, high quality housing of wonderful character.
The Top 10 list for South Australia is below. There are four newcomers – Belair, Burnside, Torrens Park and Edwardstown – to the list, with the suburb of Fullarton re-entering the Top 10 after falling off the list last quarter.
