According to the report Christies Beach has gone up in value by 4.69% and Moana is showing an increase of 36.95%. However Glenelg is showing a decrease of 23.33% and Adelaide has fallen by 37.50%. This is something that may be of interest to those considering purchasing in the Southern Suburbs.
