According to the latest ‘CoreLogic RP Data Suburb Score Card’ houses in Christies Beach have gone up in the last 12 months by 1.6% with 136 recorded house sales in that time. The median house price in the area is reported at $325,250. However, unit prices in Christies Beach have fallen by 14.8% with only 27 recoreded sales in the last 12 months. The median price of units is reported at $267,500.
Morphett Vale, which is the largest suburb in the South had 450 house sales and has also gone up by 1.8%. The median price of houses in Morphett Vale is reported at $290,000. Units in Morphett Vale have also gone up by 4.6% with 104 recorded sales and the median unit priced at $240,000.
O’Sullivan Beach is another suburb that has gone up with 37 house sales. The suburb has risen by 13.4% making the median house price $283,500.
